Terms and conditions of use
1. What NEURON is
NEURON is a 3D social game played for free in the browser. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The game is in beta: it may have bugs, change or be reset.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- One person, one account. Don't share your password.
- Your neuron name can't be offensive or impersonate another person or the team. We may change a name that breaks this rule.
3. Fair play and community
- Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts to help yourself, or game bugs to gain an advantage.
- Respect the other neurons. You can block or report anyone from their profile.
- If you break these rules, we may remove progress obtained by cheating, suspend your account or close it.
4. What you earn in the game
Experience, levels, Epoch Points, badges and any other game resource have no economic value, are not your property, can't be sold or exchanged for money, cryptocurrencies or tokens, and may be adjusted or reset (for example, when an Epoch closes).
5. The token and the game
The game can be played in full without owning any token. Holding tokens never gives an advantage in the game. If a rewards program opens, it will have its own terms, it will be voluntary, and nothing in the game is a promise of returns or an investment recommendation.
6. Content and intellectual property
The game, its code, its art and its texts belong to [owner]. You can share screenshots, clips and the cards the game generates (for example, on X).
7. Liability
We provide the game as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress due to technical failures.
8. Changes and end of service
We may change these terms; we will notify you inside the game of important changes. You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account whenever you want.
9. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
